Lyn is a senior human resources practitioner with experience as a lawyer and educator. She is highly experienced in working in legal compliance and risk management in complex organisations across a broad range of employment law issues. Lyn has an outstanding capacity for research and development of action plans, policies, tools, guidelines and procedures for managers.
Neil Jones
With over 25 years experience working as a facilitator within organisational change environments, Neil was a co-founder of ProSource Australia. He has a corporate teaching/coaching style, which is highly effective with group or individual sessions.
As a leading Australian practitioner in facilitation of Strategic Planning, he also provides executive team projects and aligning organisational structures and people systems to strategic direction.
David Moore
David has an honours degree in Mechanical Engineering, and for over 25 years has worked in senior operations roles, and in a consultancy capacity for a number of companies both here and in the United Kingdom.
He specialises in identifying and then implementing strategies to reduce costs as well as enhance and sustain business performance – and has successfully identified significant cost savings and Aggregate Spend for a number of ProSource clients under our 'Expense Reduction Program.'
Keith Ready
As a co-founder of ProSource Australia, Keith has over 20 years experience in sales, marketing, human resources and general management primarily in the health care, FMCG and retail industry sectors.
Keith has provided Prosource Australia with his extensive experience in developing electronic and automated Performance Review processes linked to Position Descriptions and KPIs, He is also an accomplished professional presenter and trainer.
Peter Quinlivan
Peter has the experience and skills in property development and aquisitions. He has also worked in short term roles working within businesses seeking transition for growth or undergoing fundamental change. Advice and involvement in business start-ups, including development of policy and procedure. In addition he has had involvement as external member of the executive, management committee and boards for medium sized organisations.
Drew Wentzel
Drew is an accomplished web designer who has provided outstanding and innovative websites that are cost effective and return results. He has developed what we believe is the very best web content management solution called 'Sliced Bread.'
