Roger Hilton - Managing Director
With over 25 years experience as a successful Executive Recruitment and Project Management Consultant, Roger has consulted with a number of large and small organisations throughout broad areas of industry and commerce, and specialises in the 'not for profit' and disability sector.
Prior to the establishment of ProSource Australia, he held Senior Management roles with well-known Human Resource Consulting firms, where he successfully recruited for a variety of positions at all levels, achieving a reputation of high standards and professionalism.
As the Managing Director of ProSource Australia, he is the first point of contact for all clients and is personally involved in every assignment, assuring total commitment, absolute confidentiality and an extremely high success rate.
Roger recently became a published co-author of 'From Both Sides of the Desk' - a unique detailed guide that examines the recruitment process for both Job Seeker and Employer . . . simultaneously.
Before entering the recruitment industry, he worked in management and supervisory positions throughout sectors of publishing, retail and wholesale, both locally and overseas.
